Training for Life means training to be prepared for everything life throws at you and that you want to enjoy! It means training to stave off the negative effects of aging and to turn back the clock on lost athleticism and movement quality and hold onto it as long as you can. It means training to develop the software and hardware of the body to develop the “body armour” that will help you enjoy your life to the fullest.
This program will help you through:
- Training to have the physical ability to be able to be the best family member that you can, for your family and for yourself.
- Training in a way that fits your schedule and lifestyle
- Training to be able to function at your highest level possible in your life, work and/or sport and activities of choice.
- Training to develop resilience to inury
- Training the body 3 Dimentionally in the way that it is designed to move and function
- Having recovery strategies and other strategies around training in place that allow you to respond positively to your training
- Training that is challenging, fun and allows your to be successful
- Training that does not put unnecessary strain on your joints but actually makes them more resilient
- Training that helps you develop 3 Dimentional Fitness Qualities that actually help you outside of the training environment
Your program is completely individualized to your needs and will progressively help you develop resilience to injury, improve movement quality, become the most athletic version of yourself that is possible and develop true functional fitness that transcends the training room walls! The program also aims to help you develop and maintain longevity and independence as you age.
Equipment Requirements for this program:
- At a minimum you will need 2 or 3 different resistances of 41 inch loop resistance bands
- 2 or 3 dumbbells of different weights
Optional Extras (Useful but not necessary):
- Kettlebells
- A place where you could attach resistance bands to
- Mat to lie on or use as cushioning
- A Step
- Foam Roller
NOTE THAT THE INITIAL SIGN UP PERIOD IS A MINIMUM OF 3 or 6 MONTHS. FROM THERE YOU WILL CONTINUE ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS AND CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME AS LONG AS A MINIMUM OF 30 DAYS NOTICE IS GIVEN BEFORE YOUR SUBSRIPTION EXPIRES.
